RENTAL RATES

Rates start at $149 per night*. Rates vary by season, number of nights reserved, and number of people in your party.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• There is no minimum number of nights to stay, but ask about discounts for additional nights.
   
• No smoking is allowed in the living quarters. It is only allowed in the barn area and outside the cabin.
   
• Sorry, but no pets are allowed in the living quarters.
   
• Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of damage deposit.

RESERVATION DETAILS

• Check-in time is normally after 3 pm and no later than 8 pm, and it must be arranged in advance with A Lost Resort in French Lick. It is important to call us if you are going to be late. Unlike motels, etc., we do not have a front desk staffed 24/7. We may use a lock box system to help with check in. Please be thoughtful and contact us as soon as you know any changes in arrival time so that we can be available to check you in and guide you to the cabin.
   
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon local time.
   
• A deposit of 50% of the total is due at the time of reservation.
   
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
   
• A damage deposit of $100.00 is payable at check-in by personal check and is refundable after cabin inspection.
   
• Personal checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations canceled more than two weeks before the reservation date will result in a refund of the deposit, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total lodging charge.
   
• Reservations canceled within two weeks of the reservation date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless the cabin can be re-rented for the time period originally reserved. If the cabin can be re-rented, the original amount of deposit, minus a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total lodging charge, will be refunded.
